Lian Li LM-01 Multimedia Platform Comments?

Has any tried out this Lian Li LM-01 multimedia display?

I'm curious to know how much (if any) customization is possible with this unit? In other words, is it possible to create custom messages, displays, etc. similar to a Matrix Orbital GX display -- I would just go with a Matrix Orbital GX, but I only have a 3.5" bay available on my HTPC and Matrix Orbital said that they do not manufacture any GX equivalent displays in a 3.5" form factor.

Also, if I can't find a semi-customizable display to "liven-up" my HTPC, then I will likely go with a Lian Li TR-03 3.5" temperature/fan control display or a remote control bay (if I can find one).
