SSD hard drives

I'm trying to decide between two SSD hard drives and I can't tell what the difference is between the two, except one is sata 2 and the other is sata 3. Can someone suggest which one might be the best to buy?

I think those are the same hard drive.
the ZZF website 3.0 probably refers to 3.0 Gb/s and not SATA version 3 (they left out the units).
the newegg website says SATA II and 3.0 Gb/s.

this drive will not bottleneck SATA II 3.0 Gb/s as the max sequential read on mine is (only) about 240 MB/s

They're the same hard drive.
