Lian Li Q08 Advice Needed

I need some advice on a new mini-ITX build.
The list I come up so far is this:
Case: Lian Li PC-Q08 (front
CPU: Core i5 750
MB: Zotac H55ITX-C-E
RAM: Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 8GB (2 x 4GB)
VGA: Gigabyte 9800 GT 1GB Silent Cell (Fanless $80)
Heatsink: Scythe Big Shuriken
PSU: OCZ ModXStream Pro 500w (modular, and Cheap! $40)
HDD: WD 640GB Black (already have)
My major concern is that if the fanless video card is viable in this situation. (I'd even consider a fanless psu (Seasonic ones), but probably not a good idea considering the proximity of CPU & PSU, and the video card which may also be fanless.) So, what I'm thinking is the front fan take air in, the top fan out, and turning the psu around so it's isolated. Then, hope it'll provide adequate air flow.
Also, would you guys advice replacing the stock case fans for anything else? Quite > Temperature. I'm not planning on overclocking this machine.
Any advice is appreciated.
