Interesting, I wasn't aware I could do that in Win7. As soon as I get the pre-order refunded I'll get the 2400.

I have to admit I have never tried it so you might want to experiement with it first. But others have done this:

Successfully started computer at work with the power supply so I hooked it up to my current board and everything booted up. Currently running with the video card connected. Processor should be here Thursday so I'll assemble the full computer this weekend.
