So incase the stock cooler on G620 or i3 2100 is too noisy for my ears I would like to use my old left over Ninja rev. B cooler instead.

The motherboard is Asrock MB S1155 ASROCK H61M/US3S
It has 775 mounting holes so fits Ninja.

Ive hear that vrm need stock for sandy bridge motherboards?!?!

These CPUs draw little power. No reason to "need stock".
