AMD energy efficient CPU differences?

Hi All,

Can someone please explain to me what is the difference between the "BE" cpus and the 4x50e cpus? I am interested in a recommendation for a 780g board + an efficient cpu for torrenting+displaying hd x264 on a projector via HDMI... preferably also optical audio out (toslink) on the board (if one exists).

For a board, check out the gigabyte GA MA78GM-s2H. I just installed one and am very happy. Digital audio out and HDMI.

There is another thread here with temps and fan speeds compared to a 690.
