AMD 690G, 740G, 780G, 790GX

Hi,
I'm building a HTPC and I'm looking for the most energy efficient chipset available. I heard these AMD are pretty cool with great video features, but does anyone know which one is the most efficient?
If you have the idle/max wattage of each one I would appreciate!
