Some interesting (albeit brief) information about Atom netbooks running in conjunction with the low-power Poulsbo chipset:

I understand that power draw of Poulsbo is considerably lower than the current 945G chipset used with the Atom. I'd imagine that a Mini-ITX motherboard combining these chips would be very useful for a low power system.
One problem for the HTPC crowd is that I understand that, despite the impressive PowerVR VXD video decode processor, Poulsbo currently has some display limitations which make it unsuitable for use in a HTPC.
These limitations were (somewhat odd?) design decisions so hopefully a slightly higher-spec Poulsbo Mark II is under development which will rectify this problem. The technology itself is obviously more than capable - check the bottom picture showing the VXD core decoding four h.264 streams concurrently.
