Hi everyone,
I need to replace my Abit IP35 Pro XE motherboard, but since Abit have gone out of business I can't do a straight swap. Can anyone recommend another board that I can switch over to, still using my current CPU etc...?
From the silent PC perspective - one thing I've enjoyed about the Abit board is the built-in fan control, so I'd be interested in the best way to replicate this with different boards too.
Thanks for any help!

Asus P5Q Pro Turbo
This P5Q version features heatsinks around the CPU socket and Crossfire support. There is a Gigabyte board that comes close but it lacks Crossfire and has several complaints about memory slot failures. I own the Asus P5Q Pro (non-Turbo) and haven't had a Vista64 install go any smoother. Also, the EPU program is a very nice bonus feature. I have mine set to "Auto" and it will clock the CPU to 60% idle and 110% when gaming or running very CPU intense apps.
