Best mATX AM2+ IGP mobo from a silence perspective (Windows)

In order to swap a problematic mATX 790GX mobo, I'm looking around for a new mATX AM2+ (with IGP) one.

Which one, in your experience, is the best suited in order to get a good fan management, a proven support for SpeedFan, plus an overall low power consumption (in this order)?

The ASUS M4A785-M / ASUS M4A785D-M Pro / M4A785G HTPC?
The Gigabyte MA785GM-US2H / GA-MA785GM-UD2H /GA-MA785GPM-UD2H?
The MSI 785GTM-E45?

Or which other else?

I have the Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H. Very good MoBo: low power consumption, easy tuning functions in bios, including undervolt/underclock. Support very well k10 stat.
