after updating bios i have a serious problem of Windows 10 black screen after shutdown , PC Wouldn’t Shutdown only with the start button on the case.
the same goes with restart.
some one suggested me to reset bios to factory reset.
tried with screwdriver on the two pins, by removing buttery, and other methods.
didn't help.
even reinstalling windows did not solve.
the thing is that i dont know if it a windows problem, or bios.
read a lot suggestions , but couldn't find a solution.
the mobo is gigabyte aorus pro ax.

made some tests with my previous ssd drive with win 10 on it.
tried it on my current pc, with all other drives disconnected.
still same issue .
went back with the old drive to my previous pc, that worked just fine few month ago- works fine.
so u think it's something in the bios, or something to do with the interaction between bios and windows.
looks like windows starts the shutdown, but something maybe the bios. don't give the command to the psu to shut down.
it]s not to do with black screens, since with my former pc it also goes to black screen after choosing shut down from windows, but few seconds after that the pc shut down.
i tried to update bios with q flash inside the bios .
i get " cant read file".
can someone explain how can i do the update with another way?

ok, solved it by updating bios.

Glad you were able to resolve it. Anytime I update the BIOS, it also requires a reset - I always remove the battery before the reset. Seems to work for me.
