It has been working for 2 days due to ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I did.
I shut down my comp for 15 hours, loaded up. was logged in.
closed windows, flipped back and forth, did all that. logged in.
the other day I closed a window, and was logged out... makes no sense. maybe it will stick? I doubt it though. be nice if it does.
the erasing of the cookies and all that made it happen more (if it even has an effect at all). Now, abusing it is making it stick....
hm.... no idea.

I am also having this problem.
FF 1.5
Windows MCE 2k5 (updated)
*shrug*
Both
www.silentpcreview.com and forums.silentpcreview.com are set to allow cookies and I've clicked the 'remember me' over and over and over again but still get logged out randomly.

The cookies this site sets only last a few days before expiring, then you have to log in again.

Yep me too. And it's ALL browsers, IE, Firefox, and Opera. And not just this PC, either. Both home units and my workstation also. It's a site bug and needs to be fixed.

I fixed my problem by going straight to the forums. Basically
Forums = Logged in
Main Site, then forums = Logged out.

same here. My Favorites bookmark of this site takes me straight to the forums. I have had a couple of problems recently with being logged out automatically, but it seems to have stopped now (touch wood).

Still happening to me also.....just not as frequently. It seems to affect the two computers I regularly use at about the same time.
It's almost like a cookie problem with a timing-out thing.

As I said before, I go to a lot of online forums and this is the only one where this happens.

It still happens every couple of days for me (occasionally within a day) - including when I clicked to reply to this topic
