How do you redeem the code? I tried using it today, it says invalid code, and there is no place to enter it during paypal checkout either...

I think PayPal pulled the promotion a couple of weeks back. Apparently, it was only good for a number of uses and once that was met, it was withdrawn. You're not the only one; I missed out on it by a couple of days.
