I just bought some Noctua fans (and a power supply) from NCIX Canada. What I don't understand is that the American store, which you can select at their homepage, lists the same fans at almost twice the price. I went with the cheaper ones, but is there a catch to this? Is NCIX reliable? I just don't understand how there could be such a price difference.
Oh and hi, first post here.
Is there something wrong with this purchase?

Hi fanta and welcome to SPCR !
I only ordered once from NCIX and they seemed reliable enough. But the price difference between Canada and the US is something i already saw on other items during the last few months so i don't think you should worry too much.
Plus the price you paid on the Canadian website is the price it was sold in the US until recently. But i agree, for an already overpriced (IMHO) fan at 15$, the American price is just ridiculous.
I guess they are trying to compensate for the loss of value of the american dollar.
Short version : Enjoy you fans, they will probably be all right.
Happy Tinkering
