where to buy CPU fans (USA)

hey folks...

i am new to the forums here, so let me say hi. :) i'm gonna follow that with a question... i'm having a hard time finding anything in the article on recommended fans. i'm looking for 80mm, precisely. i live in the states, and none of them are available on pricewatch. i run an older system that i've just converted to a media center pc, and now i'm realising it's too loud! :)

if anyone has any suggestions - or is willing to sell a (gently) used model - i'd love to know.

thanks a lot!

I know that www.endpcnoise.com carries the Noctua and Nexus fans. Nexus is the SPCR reference fan for balance of sound, noise and airflow and EndPCNoise.com is an SPCR sponsor.

great, thanks! i will head my way over there now.

as this is only for a media center PC, i should be fine with the nexus and its lower airflow, i bet.

thanks again.

Jab-Tech and Coolerguys (www.coolerguys.com) have both been stellar for me. To be fair, Coolerguys is (almost) in my back yard, so it's nice to be able to pick up stuff w/out paying shipping.
