My purchases were made from the late 2005 to early 2007 period.

I bought several times from them over time. They've been around. I think I purchased Zalman 7K from them as my first entry into quiet computing.

If I'm checking out a web merchant I haven't dealt with before, I go to Reseller Ratings and look them up.
It's no help for finding out which ones might ship internationally, but it might help steer you away from shady operators who claim to ship internationally.
FWIW, this is loads more important when buying photography stuff (so off-topic here) as there seem to be a boatload of bad apples in that area...
