It's a feature packed motherboard for mini-itx. It has 2 ethernet ports(1 10/100 and 1 gigabit), 1394, CF slot, etc.. You can view the whole specification at http://www.ibasetechnology.net/mb899.html.
You'd need to get a CPU heatsink. places like Logic-Supply has coolers for socket M CPUs. You could also get by with Northbridge coolers.
The setup includes i/o shield and the manual for the motherboard along with some cables.
