I would proceed with caution and read all the customer reviews. This one is typical:

"customer service is terrible. waited over 5 months for rebate. have not received rebate at this time. when motherboard died got the run around for a week and a half before getting rma number. its been 6 weeks now still no motherboard. takes a lifetime to warranty. maybe this is what they mean by lifetime warranty."
