650HX vs R2 650w vs R2 800w vs TX650 (noise)

I'm going to buy a psu:

Ive looked at the following modular: 650HX vs R2 650w vs R2 800w HX520

I have 2 pc, the gaming(sig) and another one with: AMD 140w + 8 sata HDD + motherboard 30w with built in graphics and sound.

the corsair 650TX truly is noiseless on the pc in sig in idle as the silentpcreview said it would be at under 40% load on it.

which one is the best as for noise?

signature added in control panel

my goal is to have preferably a modular psu for gaming rig and keep the 650TX for the 8 sata HDD rig.

Could you restate in a single message what you have and what you are considering. The English is fine, but the content is difficult to understand.

Maybe if you took your phrases and expanded them into sentences and take your sentences and expand them into paragraphs it would help.

It looks like you have 3 computers and part of what you are doing is moving around some existing PSUs. But I can't follow exactly your scenario.

I have 2pc, one crap psu and a 650TX.

I want to replace the crap psu and I'm looking at 650HX because the 650TX has no noise in idle.

The Antec Signature is the quietest thing I ever had my hands on, so if you have the budget for it, go for it. On a side note, all of the power supplies you mentioned are WAY overkill, a good unit in the 400-500w range will suffice, though you'll have to find one with those 8 SATA connectors if you don't plan using molex adaptors.

Why not use the Seasonic x 650 on SPCR's recommended list. The fan doesn't kick in until about 300 watts. It's is basically a silent 300 watt system that has another 350watts of capacity if you need it from time to time.
