I read a review and it's pretty optomistic. Anyone have any personal experience or insight? My last one friend my motherboard as well as itself.

The 400A seems decent, much less revving up and down than Seasonic. It seems a tad louder when both are compared at their quietest, but in actual usage it's quieter for me, both light and heavy usage.
