Quiet micro ATX PSU?

Post by larse » Thu Mar 18, 2004 12:21 am

Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement PSU for an Asus Pundit. The factory-installed 125W PSU (80x80x120mm) has no fan control and is pretty noisy.

Can anyone recommend a silent ATX PSU with those physical dimensions?

I've been looking at the Enermax EG265S-VE FM, which looks OK (http://www.enermax.com.tw/eg235s-ve.htm) - anyone have experience with it?

Thanks,
Lars

If you have space in your case, you can do something like this:

It's my SFX PSU with half the cover removed and a 120mm fan exhausting air as well as cooling the P4 CPU. See here for more...
