Why isn't Seasonic back at the top of the rank?

I am wondering why hasn't MikeC put the Seasonic SuperTornado back to its former top rank position. Time has passed, and I'd think Seasonic should have got its act together with that PSU. At www.koolnquiet.co.uk, the seller says it ships lots of that PSU and that he gets absolutely no complain whatsoever.

I haven't inspected the forum thoroughly, so I have to ask: is there any consent as to whether the Seasonic is the best buy or not? Haven't been posted any new tales about that PSU recently?

Seasonic's fan controller ramps up quicker than others such as zalman's under moderate loads.

Indeed, I'm waiting for a papst fan to mod my 400w tornado, and I'll set it at a fixed low voltage with a fanmate. It's the only sure way to make this thing quiet.
