Best matx psu?

Whats the best matx psu, for wattage and silence...

Preferably 250/300watt

Interested to know if the Antec Aria can be sorted out by buying a better PSU and a few mods.

seasonic makes 250W and 300W matx models but they aren't widely available...its what goes into Soltek Qbic SFF's.
