How much PSU?

My motherboard failed a couple days ago and I decided it's time for a new computer.
I've been reading about all the new PSU's out there and want to make sure my new system will have enough juice. My old PSU is the Seasonic SS 400 w. A very great PSU, but it lacks some connections I need.
I've already bought most of the new stuff I need, but I couldn't find any accurate wattage ratings for my gear. I'd like to stay with Seasonic, so I'm considering the S-12 430, 500 & 600.
I'll be running the AMD X2 3800+ (how much wattage do dual core CPU's use, twice as a regular CPU?), a Jetway GT4 SLI mobo. 2 sticks of OCZ 1g. Two evga 7800 GT's in SLI mode. A couple of optical drives & an older IDE Western Digital 120g HD. Plus a few 12 cm case fans @ 7 volts.
I know those 7800 GT's are going to be wattage hogs and the 500 & 600 come with some SLI features. Will 500 be enough?
Thanks guys.
