What's the lowest power 80+ PSU available?
My computer draws 82W from the wall socket using an old-style inefficient PSU, so my actual load exclusive of the PSU is ~5xW. So I need a low-power PSU to get the benefit of the 80% efficiency at 20% of max power specification.
So far, 380W is the lowest-power 80+ PSU I know of.

Just checked and there's a lot of PSU's qualified now: http://www.80plus.org/manu/psu/manu_psu.htm HP make the smallest (240w), but Googling the s/n, doesn't look like it's retail.
atxcases.com has it for $65 + shipping:seasonic makes an 80plus 300w sfx PSU, but so far i havnt seen it for sale in retail channels.

case-mod.com usually has it as well, but they're sold out at the moment.

"atxcases.com" is one of the lowest rated sites ever over at resellerratings.com. They've been getting extremely poor ratings for over 7-8 years now. I haven't seen anyone mention them for a while, but the red flag popped up when I saw it in your post. I figured they had finally gone out of business.
*Be very careful about ordering anything from them.*
Jameco has the Seasonic SS-300SFD 80plus for $66.05. Site claims they're in stock.
