P180 and Seasonic/Corsair
does anyone run a Seasonic or one of the new Corsair HX psu's with an Antec P180 ? I have orederd an HX620 and am wondering if i will need a lower chamber fan or if the downward facing 120mm on the psu will be enough to manage the airflow in the lower chamber and also enough to draw air over my 2 HDDs and keep them cool ?

The holes in the case, around the PSU in the rear. If you look at it from the back there's the hole for the PSU, and some holes around it. BLock the holes around the big rectangular hole. Don't block any holes on the PSU itself or the front of the case. Blocking the holes in the back makes the PSU have to suck air from the front, with the holes open it might just suck air in from the back and blow it out again, not cooling the drives.

which holes do you mean ? holes actually on the PSU ?
once the psu is installed in a p180 the air has to be drawn from the chamber and then exhausted straight out teh back.. or am i missing something ?
The holes on the rear panel (lower chamber portion)of the P180 that are not covered up by the back side of your psu. In other words there are more perforations on the back panel than the psu will cover up. Then the only exhaust path for the air discharge is out the back of your psu. ( Because you have taped shut the "extra" back panel holes)

I found this stuff at Home Depot: http://covalenceadhesives.com/SearchPro ... aspx?ID=77
Looks nice on aluminum and steel cases, forms to fit nicely.
