did antec give Thermaltake their Phantom 500 design?

this doesnt look like a rip off, more like a rebranded Antec Phantom 500, the aluminum heat sink is identical to the ones used on the Phantom.

Antec donâ€™t make their own PSUâ€™s, so likely TT are sourcing from the same supplier.

Itâ€™s Channel Well Technology, but they donâ€™t sell to the public.

Did Thermaltake ever need to wait for others to give them their design? Don't they just blatantly take without permission?

A large majority of their other power supplies are also made by Seasonic.
