Debunking Power Supply Myths

Saw a link to this article not to long ago but then it was mentioned again here... Modu82+ 625w vs 525w - Any noise difference?. What is up with that Thermaltake Qfan 300? From an efficiency standpoint, that thing looks awesome. Noise wise nothing great. Looks like a bad fan speed controller. Even so, it did well below 150W. Unfortunately, there's no link for this model nor could I find it on Thermaltakes website or anywhere else on the internet. Only articles from around February of this year when the series supposedly was released. The 500W and 650W versions are available but I don't expect these would be as good at low levels. Anyone know anything about these?
