Enermax PRO82+ vs. MODU82+ - what is the difference?

Hi guys,

I think my Seasonic S-500 need replacement, as my PC suddently shuts off after turning it on now.

I can not find the Modu82+ anywhere, but the "pro" version I can get - the big question is just - is it just as good or???

I do not know how it compared to the Corsair VX450 which I can have really cheap compared to the Enermax.

They are identical inside. Modu is...modular.

If you have money go for Pro but VX450 is very-very close to it performance/sound wise.

I was considering the VX450 as I can get that locally.

How is HX450 compared to VX??

I guess that HX450 is another animal. It's brand new so I didn't see any reviews but from what Redbeard says it must be top notch.

HX is Seasonic inside i guess and VX is only CWT, that why HX should be quieter and better!

Both are Seasonic but different platforms.

The HX has modular cables (VX are fixed).
