best fanless PSU?

which would be the best fanless or otherwise silent PSU nowadays at above 400W?

i've been using an antec phantom for 3-4 years in the lower chamber of my P180 with a tricool on low and more recently a 500rpm slipstream and to this day have never heard the PSUs fan activate, temp gun says the outside is 40-50c depending on load :D
