Need help choosing new PSU for my system.

Hey, I'm typing this from my sisters computer since my PSU burned up just 10 minutes ago. It was a Hiper 530W PSU that I had running with a Nexus 120mm fan @ 5V. Anyway, now I need a new PSU and I can't figure out which one to use for my system.

My system is:
ASUS P5B Motherboard
2x1GB DDR-2 Memory
E4300 CPU @ 3,00GHz @ 1,3Vcore
ATI HD3850 @ stock
WD10EADS
Random samsung DVD-burner.
3xNexus RS 120mm @ 5V incl. the PSU fan

I want a quiet PSU. I've been thinking of the FSP 350W basic PSU, and maybe stick my Nexus-fan in there if I'm not satisfied with the noise. Will that work/be enough?

I don't see why not. Any good 350 should do just fine. You're not loading too heavy there at all.

I've now placed an order for an Antec Neo HE 430W PSU, its modular, which I really think in a nice feature, and according to the review from here at SPCR, its very quiet and runs cool, so I can probably use an even more quiet fan if needed. While it isn't 80+ certified and didn't show too high efficiency on the test here, its not unefficient, so I think its a good PSU for my needs.
