Enermax Eco80+ 400w

I saw the review on the 500w version on this psu, and I want to ask if this power supply (Enermax Eco80+ 400w) is also good like the 500w version?
I am building a system that will consume about 100-150w and I saw that the enermax 500w make about 12Db when it provides that kind of power. I can get the 400w really chip, so I want to be sure.
