Please recommend me the best Silent PSU for this setup

Please recommend me the best Silent PSU for this setup

Graphics card : Sapphire ATI HD5670 ULTIMATE 1GB DDR5 PCI-E HDMI DX11
Hardrive : 1 320GB SATA seagate
MOBo : Intel dg35ec
Fans : 1 120mm fan
dvdrw/cd : 1
Processor : Intel core2duo [email protected]
Ram : 2 sticks of 1gb DDR2 ram EACH

Please recommend me THE BEST SILENT PSU i can get if budget is not an issue.

Currently it's the Seasonic X-400, if your case have the right place for it (an open grille right on the PSU to pull air).
If not, probably the Seasonic X-560.

You don't need either 400W or 560W, but they are virtually silent under 150W.

i dont follow...where does the grill have to be?...My PSU is on the top...with the fan blowing air directly out????

As the Seasonic X-400/X-460 have no fan, your case have not to block the PSU top grille.

If you can't cope with this requirement, I mean it's better (and safer) to go for the Seasonic X-560.
