I take it you have the Sonata single-fan Power Supply. If so, here are the specs to your Sonata power supply:

If your motherboard has the old 20 pin connector, be sure your new Power Supply has a 20+4 connector and not a solid 24 pin connector. A 20+4 will connect to both old (20 pin) and new (24 pin) motherboards. If you get a 400W or above you should have as many connectors on the new P/S as the old.

Antec replaced the Truepower series with the "Truepower New" series. The new series are very good power supplies, but most any quality ATX 2.0 or later spec power supply should do in your situation.
