Quiet and Efficiency Power Supply

Hi All
I'm looking for Quiet and Efficiency Power Supply for that hardware:
AMD Athlon II X3 445 3.1GHz
Gigabyte GA-880GM-D2H
Transcend 4GB Kit (2GBx2) DDR3
Samsung 500GB 16MB Sata2 HD502HJ SpinPoint F3
LG GSA-GH24N X24 SATA DVD
CoolerMaster Hyper TX3

I thought to take the: Seasonic SS-350ET.
Is that enough power or should I take the 400W?
Also: which one is more quiet and Efficiency for my system:
Seasonic SS-350ET
Seasonic SS-400ET.
Seasonic S12II 430W

350W is enough.

Just to verify: You are running on integrated graphics?
Even with an 8800GT my machine never breaks 350W AC (probably ~280W DC). You should definitely be fine unless you have some beast of a card or plan to upgrade in the future.

A Seasonic S12-II 380W Bronze will be fine, if you mind.
