New Antec HD Cooler

This accessory doesn't do anything for silence, but it keeps your HD cool without fans!

Hard drives are running faster and hotter, and cooling them has become a concern for many users. With that in mind Antec proudly introduces the Hard Drive Cooler. This system gives your hard drive an aluminum heatsink as well as 2 variable speed cooling fans and 2 temperature sensors to monitor the hard drive and your case. Whether you are using IDE, SATA or SCSI drives this is the system for you.
You can see them here: http://www.antec-inc.com/images/400/HD_Cooler.jpg

At least it's variable speed.

Thank you for the corrections. It looks suitable for the P160.

Eh, I'm thinking the Zalman HD cooler would probably be better, since it helps muffle the vibrations.

ewwww look at those itty bitty fans!!! Not even worth it. I'd stick with the Zalman. Hell, if I had one of those Lian Li v1000 cases, I'd just use some of that magic string i remember someone mentioning and suspending them, the 3 cm holes are big enough :P

To be fair, this is probably better at cooling than the Zalman 2hc2 since it's active. The Zalman is passive.

This might even be able to run passively with enough airflow through the heatsinks.

Right. THis will cool very well, no doubt. And it will be loud as hell too!

I would really like a panel like that, without any HDD cooling or whatever. Just a matching panel with a couple of thermometers. Like Lian-Li does. That would be really, really nice.
