The Samsung PATA 120gb SP1213N nidec motor or the new sata2 T series HD400LJ?

I've got a 120GB PATA Spinpoint (Nidec), it's very quiet, especially with AAM.

No idea about the Sata2 400GB, but my SATA 160GB Spinpoints (Nidec) are much louder, and AAM doesn't do anything.
