Atm i'm looking at buying a new Hard drive, and from what i can see, pricepoint wise, 500GB seems to be the sweetspot atm [0.3 USD per GB, for prices in Romania].
Atm i'm reading all about these conflicting experiences of the 500gb sata SE16 from WD, and can't make up my mind if I want to buy it or not.
I was thinking about starting a thread where people that have WD5000xxxx drives can post their experiences and also give some more info about the revision of the drives they are using. Maybe we can find a correlation between revisions and acoustic performance.
