Is there an internal SATA port for PCI where it faces the inside of the case rather than facing the outside?
On the image above, you can see that the port is facing to the exterior instead of the interior. I am looking for one to hook up my CD/DVD Burner drive as I am out of space for ports and I only need one. Can't seem to find any around online so may be you can help me out. Thanks.

I don't understand. The card on the image has one external and two internal SATA ports.

Some motherboards come with external sata adapters including a sata power plug! Which is what I use for external optical drives.

OP, there's an internal port on the far right edge of the card's PCB.
