Highest Sequential Lower-Capacity Drive

I have an application where I need a lot of sequential performance and random access isn't a big deal. I also don't need huge drives. Essentially, I'd like 4 small (500G?) drives that I can RAID0 together.

Any 7200 rpm drives using 500G platters yet? I know the 5900 rpm Samsung is but...
