fan dying on my scythe Shuriken...new fan or new cooler?

It seems like my fan is dying on my cpu cooler (amd X2 5000 BE)
100mm is hard to find. is it possible to replace the fan with a 120mm?
or should I get a whole new cooler?

OK I grabbed a 120mm thermaltake at compusa. I was able to bend the clips to it easily.
as a side benefit it now cools the northbridge more than the old fan
