Thermal Paste

I sorry if this question has allready been answered but I couldnt find anything answering my questions using the search functions.

Which thermal paste should i use?

I gonna use Zalman 7000alcu, should i get arctic silver? do i need to get another paste ?

I read somewhere that silicone based pastes are better for even surfaces while silver based pastes are better for uneven surfaces.
