In a nutshell: I like it. I believe it does not cool as well as a Zalman 7000A, which ought to be your first choice, IF you have the room... But for those (like me) who don't have the room in our systems for the Zalman 7000A, I think the Nexus AXP-3200 is probably the next best thing, since it is small and lightweight enough to fit to the socket. Make sure you don't overclock your CPU if you use the AXP-3200 though--to give an example: my CPU is typically 51-52 degrees C at idle, and about 57-58 degrees C under load with cpuburn. Still, it is WELL within safe limits, so you needn't worry about that. Like I say, just don't overclock with it.

I installed one of these into my brother's computer. I'm not sure if I like it or not.
The fan is a bit loud but tolerable after I dropped the voltage with a fan mate. I think there's a high pitched whine coming from the heatsink, unless I'm mistaken and it's the gutted Enermax PSU.
By no means the best heatsink but the performance seems fairly good and the price is good. Note that the fan is a 70mm fan so if you're looking to replace it you might have a hard time finding a fan for it.
