If that's the same fan that's on the Whisperrock IV, then it's too loud.

How the heck do you mount that thing - hire elves to come in an pop the clips over the retaining tabs on your socket??

Rod, if you happen to get an "extra" sample..... you know where you can send it.

You know we can't really call it "reviewed" until SPCR has played with one.

plympton does raise a point. While I'm of the belief that most people's fears about HS weight are unfounded, one this tall being mounted only by the clips does start to worry me. I don't think it'll fall off, but I could see that torque arm creating uneven pressure on the core.

Oh? I find my Whisperrock IV fan to be nearly silent. Of course, since we can't hear each other's fans, there is no way of telling if yours is defective or if I am deaf.

Cooler looks otherwise promising, at least it weighs less than other pipe tower coolers. However, orientation in nforce2 boards will be so it blows directly towards power supply, something what bottom fan PSU owners do want to avoid. Fan has same specs than whisperrock IV, which is pretty noisy at 12 v with annoying high pitch sound.
