My barton 2500+ (not mobile) runs at 1.35V (stock speed). Stability tested with prime95 for 48+ hours.

gak, If that's a mobile that's pretty high volts.

I was doing 210x11.5 = 2415Mhz @ 1.75 Volts
That was before the noise of the L1A @ 12v started to annoy me

Normally runs at 1.25v, at stock speeds.

Will do 1.1volts at <1500Mhz.

It's not a mobile but...
XP2500+ AQXEA 0322 (unlocked desktop barton)
Abit NF7-S 2.0

Currently running at 200x10 on 1.40V. At stock speed I think 1.35V is the minimum. It also does a passively cooled 733mhz (5x133) on 1.15V, but I haven't tested any higher speeds at that vcore (heatsink is an SLK800).

I set it to the lowest vcore/speed possible (100x5, 1.1V) and it wouldn't post. 1.125V seems to be the lowest possible for my cpu, but even then it refused to post at times. With 1.15V it posts consistently at 500mhz, but is capable of more at that vcore with almost no extra heat (vcore seems to make much more difference than clock speed!).

All speeds were tested for stability with one 3dmark2001 loop and prime95 running for 2 hours.

If you want to calculate the heat output of your cpu, I find this link very handy. :)
It's a bit out of date now though and doesn't include Prescotts.

Depending if I play or not, I set my Mobile XP 2500+

to
11 x 200 @ 1.575v (my mobo can't go lower)
or
12 x 200 @ 1.775v

I have a 2500XP @ 10 x 100MHz (shitty ram) @ 1.250 volts. I'm not very impressed with it. In an Antec Sonata with a Zalman CNPS 6000A, it runs at 40 degress idle and 45 under max load. That may have something to do with that nforce CPU disconnect feature being turned off (doesn't work in linux properly yet) It posts and works fine at @ 8x100 @ 1.100v. I think I may go back to that. I'm running a Soltek 75FRN2 nforce2 board.

This unit replaced a Tualatin @ 866 @ 1.30 volts and it seems to run much hotter.

Not a mobile, but considering mobiles are just the best desktops...

2500+ AQXEA 0331XPMW

Max undervolt

200x9.5 (1900Mhz, wanted ddr400 and this is closest to the stock 1.87)
1.20v

It has a lot more room downward I'm sure, just haven't primed it yet

Max overclock

225x12 (2700Mhz, Prime stable for 10 hours)
1.75v
