Will that even fit inside the case?
It should be pretty close.
One note though , while the Inq says this is a Prescott HS , the motherboard's plastic frame (under the HS) doesn't look like socket 478 or LGA 775.
It looks like AMD socket 754...

An AMD socket 754 motherboard.
The Inquirer's reporters are in dire need of glasses.
