I have s.754 Athlon64 3000+ (Venice),and i was wondering if it would Ninja be enogh to cool it?There are 3 120mm fans @5V (2xRevoltec -intake and exaoust) and 1 in S12-380 PSU.Which temperatures would i get (idle/load)?

P.S.-sorry my bad english.

Short answer; Yes. People, inlcuding myself, use Ninja's fanless on hotter CPUs than yours. Unless your airflow is very bad in your case, you should have no problems. If it is too warm for your liking, put a slow fan on the ninja. Your temperature will depend on too many variables, so I cannot predict it, I suspect it will be a good few degrees cooler than your current temp, as well as a lot quieter.

What do you think?
This Foxconn motherboard is here only temporary,i will replace it with Abit NV8 when i put some cash together...Then i cann put Ninja inside...I want to put Thermalright HR-05 on NF4-4X (actually ,i would rather pun the new Zalman TM-NBF47,but i don't know if it would be enough).

I have the same CPU. It works up to 70oC, when the CPU is at 100% load, anything below that is acceptable.

You can monitor the temperature with a program call SpeedFan if you mother board supports it.
