Conroe E6600 Stock HSF any good?

Post by tima » Fri Aug 11, 2006 2:14 pm

Any verdict yet on the stock Conroe E6600 cooler? Is it quieter, say, than the stock P4 2.8 cooler? And what's the deal with the 4-pin header I think I read about?

No ida about the 4pin header as the stock CPU still uses a 3pin connector.

Aftermarket HSF exists for a very good reason, so you should be getting a Ninja or TP-120 :p
