I'm wondering too, cause whether you push on one side or pull on the other it should be about the same.

Xilence Xilent Blade just arrived.....

Sadly, the cooler's height is measured at 125mm....

The product's page states 117mm for the heatsink...I thought this would be the overall dimension...Nevermind...the cooler has signs of usage, so it will be sent back...I wonder who did the "bad thing"...the store or the supplier?

I have to choose whether to be sent a new one or refund my money...If i choose the second path, i will HARD MODIFY the heatsink...this means i will chop the ends of the heat-pipes and the plastic mount of the fan, in order to sit lower....I am now waiting for answers from some friends that have processed copper tubes (like the heat-pipe ones) in the past...Just need the right tools and technique to do miracles!!!!

I also e-mailed Silverstone... the NT-02 is not compatible with the AM2, so if anyone has an AM2 mobo, be aware of that....

Hey, looking at the mine specs in the spcr review, it says the heatsink dimentions are 109 x 105 x 150 mm. I have no idea which one is the height, i wish it was just the first but it might be the last value. The scyth homepage gives the same info. So what's the height of the mine?

Since it utilizes a 100mm fan, the height of the heatsink is the last number, 150mm.

What is the exact limit of measurement of a heatsink that can fit in this case. It's close to the 120mm but what would be the most and have the case top CLOSE.

Would a 64 Freezer pro fit in there? Site says 126mm but I saw a few places say it's more like 120mm.

Considering the 120 mm fans on the side are just a few mm shy of the top, I'd venture to say that < 120 mm is what you're looking for - the MB is going to take up 5-15 mm of height, easily, what with the thickness of the MB, and the risers.. come to think of it - maybe closer to 20mm when you add on the socket + CPU thickness....

The specification sez 126.5mm, but my unit bought last month measures 128.5mm.

Thanks guys.

Think I will stand with a Thermalright solution. XP/SI 120 or SI 128 and then if I can't find one at a good price the Zalman 7700 Series. Thanks again guys.
