Well, I think i've finally realised 70C after a couple of minutes is a bit too hot for my core2duo @ 2.7ghz with zalman 7000ALCU.
Looking to replace it with a thermalright ultra-120 really, since I can get that for £25 delivered. I can actually get the ninja for £27 delivered but after realising I need a thermalright bolt thru kit for a safe mounting, I realised I may as well just go with an ultra-120.
I know the scythe ninja is about short enough. However the ultra-120 is supposedly 160.5mm tall compared to the ninja which is 150mm.
For those few people with an Evercase EC-4252 and a Ninja, including the bolts at the top, how much space is there above your Ninja?
Or if anyone is actually using an Ultra-120 / Extreme in their Evercase EC4252, that would be even better.
Thanks
Will the Thermalright Ultra-120 fit in an Evercase EC-4252?

The non-ultra fits fine in my case E4252 but I think that it may press on the damping foam I have on the side panel.
With a papst on the the U120 and a nexus 120 exhaust my E6600 sits at 50 degrees celcius while folding.
